Historic Royal Palaces is the independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, the Banqueting House, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle. We help everyone explore the story of how monarchs and people have shaped society in some of the greatest palaces ever built. 

 We currently have a vacancy for an experienced, highly motivated and innovative Events Manager with excellent communication, events management and stakeholder liaison skills. Your role will be to manage and maximise the commercial events potential of the Tower of London. You will ensure delivery of exceptionally high standards of customer service at all times, to both external customers and our internal stakeholders.

A strong leader, you will be managing and coaching a team of events executives as well as working side by side with in-house catering partners, listed suppliers and internal stakeholders. As an engaging communicator, you will be able to liaise with various stakeholders, as well as support the visitor operation.  

The ideal candidate will currently be working in a similar role within a high volume, customer-facing events environment, ideally from within the arts/heritage, visitor attraction, leisure or hospitality sectors. We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills in empathy, persuading and influencing.
