An established high street restaurant brand, passionate about great people and great customer experiences!

The role

The Southern based HR Manager will look after the people that look after the customers. A field based role supporting 40 restaurants, there will be significant travel between sites. The main priorities of the role will be around talent development and ER, and you will involve work closely with restaurant teams and Operations Managers to ensure that the right people are in the right places and are getting the best opportunities to develop thier careers.

Working in partnership with the training team will be vital to success in this role.

The role is broad in remit, and the day to day will include recruitment, performance management, apprisals, and inductions as well as the driving and implementation of people strategy ER.

The person

Experience of multi-site HR management, and ideally within the branded restaurant sector is essential. CIPD qualification is preferred.
