My client is a venue, hotel and members club

Along side your team, you will lead the service proposition across food and beverage, sales, events and housekeeping. Your leadership style will be inclusive and progressive and you will know how to build a service culture through people.   I am looking for a general manager who can deal with multiple stake holders and ideally has an understanding of the nuance of the  club/membership environment.

Ideally, you will be used to influencing and working collaboratively, and will be comfortable having  total accountability across the P&L , business plan and sales and marketing planning.   The venue has an opportunity to build sales across several key areas and a big part of your remit will be to help deliver this uplift in revenues.   A proactive approach to local corporate marketing and sales will be essential.
