The Role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will work closely with the Brand Director and will help to create and manage a brand and marketing strategy that will deliver commercial growth whilst protecting robust values and putting the customer at the heart of the business.

As the sales driving force of this brand you will manage brand affinity, customer insights, and all marketing touchpoints. You will manage and grow all
communications channels (both externally and internally) and will create and implement campaigns with a strong brand presence.

  • You will work closely with the operations teams, ensuring each site has a robust local plan, driving footfall and sales.
  • You will be integral in the success of new site launches.
  • You will manage customer insights and focus on continually improving performance and positioning, and above all the delivery of the best customer experience possible.
  • You will identify, review and report on competitor activity both nationally and regionally.
  • You will understand the current market and future market trends and will use this insight to influence product and service.
  • You will plan, develop and execute digital marketing activity and will manage the website.

 

The Person

Ready to get stuck in and be part of a small but driven team, you will be passionate about making great things happen and delivering the best results possible.  You’ll be a great communicator, positive in your approach and ambitious.

 

It would be ideal if you have experience in hospitality, but it’s not essential.
