This is a fantastic opportunity to lead this Private Members Club to the next level.

This Central London Club offers members and their guests a warm and welcoming environment to enjoy the restaurant, bar, lounge and bedroom facilities whilst also hosting a high number of private functions ranging from small dinners to weddings and conferences.

The facilities are extensive and versatile.


The Role

We are seeking a quality focused hospitality professional with a track record of leading and inspiring a team to consistently put members and their guests at the heart of what they do.

As the Club appeals to a diverse member base, the General Manager will build strong relationships with members and gain a genuine understanding of expectations. They will build and deliver a program of events that not only delights and entertains, but encourages increased visit frequency and new member interest.

The General Manager will create a clear and compelling vision and strategy and after first gaining buy in from the Board, will engage the team, ensuring everyone is committed to a clear set of goals and successful future.

Operational excellence is crucial to consistent delivery in such a diverse setting and with robust F&B knowledge and operational experience you will implement effective policies and procedures ensuring consistent standards, maximising efficiencies and protecting financial results.

You will create a service culture and will build a high performing team through effective training, leadership, support and coaching.


The Person

  • As F&B expert you will have unquestionable experience of success in a similar hospitality environment. This could be a private members club, hotel, or venue.
  • You will currently be in a General Manager or Food and Beverage Manager role with a large team and full P&L accountability.
  • You will demonstrate a clear passion for great service and you’ll be prepared to roll your sleeves up to make things happen. As the face of this Club you’ll need to know it inside and out,and you will therefore be all over the detail in your current role with evidence of the impact that you have made on people, service and sales.
  • You will have high level communication and influencing skills and a track record of building relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
