The business is now going through an exciting stage of growth and are now looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee current and new contracts across London.
The Opportunity
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for delivering the business vision at a range of key contracts by inspiring your team to constantly set new standards in food innovation and service while delivering a consistently excellent catering solution tailored to each client’s needs.

This role will oversee a key patch of contracts in the City and West End and our client is keen to see food-savvy candidates with pace and proven multi-site experience. Strong financial acumen (commercial ideally) is a must and candidates need to be in step with their culture – super foodie, creative and energetic.

My client is looking for a candidate who is an experienced contract manager and is passionate about the industry and their business. You will be responsible for creating an energetic and fun environment within the workplace and building strong and successful relationships with both clients and colleagues.
The Candidate
Prior experience working in the B&I contract catering sector is essential.

Additionally, my client is keen to meet with candidates who have also worked within successful commercial restaurants, cafés and bars and are able to bring these skills into the business. What you will need to demonstrate is:

  • Multi-site/multi-client contract management experience
  • Creativity, innovation and understanding of current and emerging food/service trends
  • Relationship management skills
  • Leadership and motivational skills
  • Financial accountability and commercial acumen
