The Company

This is a really exciting opportunity for to become the People Director for a fast growing and hugely dynamic restaurant group.     It is a newly created position and a chance to lead the entire people strategy and really make to the success of this business.

The Opportunity

As People Director / Head of HR, you will be responsible for everything connected to the team. This starts with the recruitment and attraction of new candidates, your positioning and voice in the market place and the process from CV application to induction. Talent planning and internal superstar mapping is of utmost important to this brand and you will have the exciting role of identifying talent, nurturing and developing these individuals and building career pathways for the business.

As one of the fastest growing restaurant businesses in the industry, the success of new openings is critical and your part to play in that is key. You will lead the induction and training plans, stay close to the new openings to ensure service is consistent, friendly and flawless whilst ensuring the management teams are well equipped to continue to train and lead brand standards.

The Candidate 

The successful People Director / Head of HR will need to have a successful track record of leading a people strategy. The ideal candidate will come from a restaurant background and understand the operational people challenges and opportunities and able to build a plan and vision that will respond to this.

You must have a proven HR specialist and be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment and importantly thrive in this environment.

The ideal candidate must have experience at this level but this could be a first time People Director appointment if you are a proven HRBP and feel ready for the next level.
