  • Day to day responsibility for your region, full accountability for sales and profit
  • To lead and inspire a team of high level and seasoned General managers to deliver results
  • Build effective succession plans, understand the team dynamics and really play to peoples strengths getting the most out of your people, whilst also supporting their areas of development


The Candidate

As Senior Operations Area Manager, you must be operating at least this level currently, have a proven track record and involved in strategic planning of your region. Comfortable with accountability and responsibility at this level, the successful candidate must be hungry for development and the ambitious for the next level.
