Seeking an Operations Area Manager to work in partnership with the senior team to take the business to the next level and be an integral part of shaping the future. We are looking for a high performer who is ambitious and hungry for the next level.


The Position

This is a role that will involve running the brand’s high profile London restaurants! The key criteria for this role are:
• Day to day responsibility for your region, full accountability for sales and profit
• To lead and inspire a team of General managers to deliver results
• Build effective succession plans, understand the team dynamics and really play to peoples strengths getting the most out of your people, whilst also supporting their areas of development


The Candidate

As an Area Manager, you must be operating at least this level currently, have a proven track record and involved in strategic planning of your region. Comfortable with accountability and responsibility at this level, the successful candidate must be hungry for development and have the same passion for developing capability of your team!
