The Client
My client is a genuine Asian branded restaurant group with multiple sites here in the capital and she is looking for an Executive Chef to reinvigorate the current offering as well as to concept develop a new and more casual sister brand over the coming year. Lots of investment and focus on clean flavours and innovative, modern twists!

The Opportunity
This Executive Chef will assess the current portfolio, its menus and kitchen brigades and then devise a way forward for what is already a trusted brand. Gentle innovation and re-invigoration required. In addition, he/she will concurrently create a completely new and more modern concept for roll out next year. Working closely with the MD, this position demands a high EQ and top communication and organisational skills. A creative deliverer as this is an all-in-one roll at this point.

The Candidate
Executive Chef from a group of restaurants/clubs/hotels. Experience in Asian cuisine is a must/Thai is highly preferred. Quantifiable experience in developing new, modern food concepts and someone with a finger on the pulse of food trends globally. Commercial and quality balanced.
