The Director of Sales will:

  • Devise and drive through the sales and marketing strategy for the property


  • Manage overseas reps and their overall business objectives


  • Work closely with Hotel Manager on Marketing Marketing/PR partners and bring the brand message to market


  • Work with the executive team and Head Office on pricing strategies


  • Personally manage key accounts across market segments


  • Be open to international sales trips annually

The Candidate:

The successful Director of Sales:

  • Have worked in a similar role at a 5* property, preferably in London


  • Have a strong background of global sales in the high-end leisure, fashion, entertainment and corporate markets


  • Be a team player and have high communication/persuasion skills


  • Be extremely organised- and have a “completer” work style


  • Possess impeccable personal styling and professional demeanour


  • Be the Ambassador for the property and brand
