The Company:

A stunning resort perched above azure waters of the Caribbean Sea, my client offers relaxed and elegant luxury to its international guests including outstanding food and drink. We are searching to find an F&B Manager to lead a team of eager and dedicated staff in consistently delivering the highest quality of service to its guests across the many restaurants and bars of the resort. This is a visible, hands-on role requiring an adaptable people manager who enjoys creating unique experiences for each and every guest.

The Role:

To manage the teams and the day to day operation of the Food and Beverage department including banqueting, casual to fine dining restaurants, room service and bars. Ensuring that 5* standards are consistently maintained, training programs delivered and all costs are controlled delivering positive financial returns.

  • Embodies a “Mein Host” style of guest management forging trusting relationships
  • Work closely with Executive Chef on developing menus and floor “theatre” to deliver them
  • Manage the rotas effectively taking into account busy, shoulder and low periods
  • Maintain cost controls in line with the P&L ensuring budgets are adhered to without compromising quality.
  • Surpass all H&S requirements
  • Coach, monitor and mentor the F&B Operations team

The successful Food & Beverage Manager will have proven success at running large, multifaceted operations at the 5* standard.
