The Company:

An historic luxury estate hotel lovingly restored and with exciting, award winning Food & Beverage concepts throughout, my client requires a proven, quality London restaurant GM/hotel Director of F&B to bring the highest standards of anticipated service delivered with warmth and relaxed charm- where everyone is a “regular”. Catering to both in-house and destination guests and creating a genuine F&B hub for the great and good of Berkshire and beyond.

The Role:

This Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the Front of House teams, working closely with kitchen in creating exceptional F&B experiences. Being guest focussed and very visible, The Operations Manager will cultivate a convivial environment for guests and team, making sure expectations are exceeded. Reporting into the Hotel General Manager and part of the executive team.

The Candidate:

A hospitality heart with high attention to detail, the Operations Manager will take ownership of delivering both a profitable and a quality driven Food & Beverage department. Innovative, collaborative, and genuinely enthusiastic about delivering the best service possible and then some!
