The Company

My client is a global luxury retail icon and is looking for a Field Coach/Trainer from within luxury hospitality (restaurants/hotels/retail) to join their UK operations team. This role plays a pivotal part in the continuous development of team’s skill in tailored client experience delivery in-store. Must be a positive, genuine, organised, multi-culturally sensitive and service focused individual. Preciousness will not be tolerated.

The Role

This Field Coach will partner with Senior Managers in delivering training paths for their teams of client facing advisors. Tailoring programs to enhance each individual’s strengths in consultative selling, client relations and product knowledge- always with the client experience as raison d’etre. Reporting into Operations and Head of Training UK.

  • Lead a culture of in-store coaching according to individual needs
  • Consistently feedback on performance and progress to Managers and HR
  • Create and manage clear training calender which is visible to Managers
  • Manage the in-store LMS and train others on this tool
  • Deliver consistent On-boarding for all new starters
  • Identify and nurture training talent in-store

The Candidate

  • The successful candidate will come from a luxury retail and/or hospitality background and have experience in both operations and training.
  • He/she will have a “service soul” and a positive and dedicated attitude to work.
  • Possess team management experience in luxury retail and/or high end hospitality
  • Be a stickler for detail
  • Possess high communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Have a proven track record of helping deliver senior management training programs
  • Motivate positively and teach big picture internally
