The Company:

This popular “find” of a London hotel is getting a complete makeover and personality update for 2019 and is searching for a strong operational #2 to positively motivate the team through this restyle and beyond. Looking for a do’er with that hard to find balance of utterly commercial brain and relaxed luxury service heart. Delivering experiential and profitable hospitality is the name of this game! A spotlight opportunity within the company and as such offers plenty of long term career development for the right individual. Rooms division lean is preferred with proven openings and/or rebrand experience.

The Role:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the hotel team in delivering improved brand standards to keep loyal and gain new repeat, like-minded guests. Team focussed and project orientated- a right hand to the GM. A visible senior member of the team and a leader of HOD’s, the Operations Manager will cultivate an inspired environment for guests and for team, making sure expectations are exceeded.

The Candidate:

A hospitality heart with high attention to detail, the Operations Manager will take ownership of delivering projects to budget and improving standards across the hotel. Innovative, collaborative, and genuinely enthusiastic about being the best in class!
