We are seeking a CEO who can hit the ground running at a crucial time for this business. Trading is strong, there is significant level of new investment and the roll out will move forward from this point with pace. The current estate also needs focus around people and process.

The incoming CEO will build an engaged, high performing team, proud to play their part in the exciting future of this brand. The managed estate will be a best in class operation, sharing success with franchise partners; the leadership team will ensure a credible and authentic approach to all that this business stands for and relationships with franchise partners will be built on support and respect.
The successful candidate will most likely be in a CEO or MD role in a QSR business and will have nurtured a people focused culture, delivered a pacy roll out with demonstrable commercial success.
With the board you will shape and create the future of this business and the potential is truly enormous. You will build a great team through coaching and development. The structure of this business is relatively flat and we are looking for a CEO who can connect with authenticity at all levels. As happy in the boardroom as you are in the kitchen, you won’t be afraid to get into the detail when necessary and lead from the front.
