The Company

Our client is an established accountancy business providing accounting services to the hospitality sector and working with some fantastic businesses in the restaurant, pub and hotel space.

The Role

As the Head of Customer Success you will glean insight from the client base and work closely with internal stakeholders to define the customer journey.

You will identify areas for development and improvement in ways of working and through engagement of the team you will increase productivity and efficiencies to ensure a best in class service to clients.

You will develop the tools to enable the business to effectively track customer satisfaction and will ensure a strong feedback loop is in place.

You will support the wider team in managing relationships with clients from contract signing to renewal and at every step along the way

The Candidate

You’ll have a track record of successfully operating hospitality businesses at a senior level. Depending on the size of the businesses you have run, this could be anywhere between GM and Ops Director level.

Through your operational skill set and commercial outlook, you will have developed a great working knowledge of all things P&L and will have delivered robust financial results in your roles.

You’ll be a great communicator, able to build rapport with people at all levels.

You will love hospitality and be passionate about helping businesses maximise their financial performance.

You will have high level influencing and relationship building skills and a natural credibility.

You’ll be values led and love being part of a team.
