Opening General Manager

The Company

My client is an independent, quality restaurant group operating beautiful, fusion dining concepts in the UK and globally. We are looking for a highly motivated, professional and experienced General Manager to open and manage their newest major restaurant site in a premium central Manchester location.

This opening General Manager position is an exciting senior opportunity to join a successful owner-operated UK and international hospitality group that is very much in growth mode! 

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have extensive experience as a General Manager within fast-paced, large-scale quality restaurant environments. New openings experience is desirable and also a background in working with large teams and within owner-founder/investor led businesses would be advantageous.

• Demonstrate superb communication skills, and a front of house style with personality and warmth.

• Demonstrate robust commercial capabilities and proven experience of running a successful P&L.
