The Company

The company is a colourful, full of flavour bar group about to set off on a huge expansion journey for the next few years. It’s an amazing time to join the brand, in charge of all the current sites in London as well as the new dazzling openings around the UK. This is a big role for a seasoned hospitality professional who has a wealth of experience in openings and high quality product and service.

The Role

Reporting to the MD, the role of the Operations Director is to lead all facets of operational activities including department strategy, events, food and drink development and new projects, whilst ensuring that they are operating in line with the Company’s overall strategy and culture.

• Developing and delivering a full business plan for the department
• Ensure your teams act in line with the Company Culture
• Developing systems and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
• Being passionate and analytical in your approach and calm under pressure
• Recruiting, Training, Retaining and Managing your team
• Maintain exceptional guest service and provide an example to all on the highest of standards for the guest experience

The Candidate

The right candidate would have experience in opening new sites within a growing multi-site hospitality business. You will be the leader in driving the company commercially through teamwork, courage and dedication to ensure unforgettable experiences are delivered for all customers.
