Our Story

Founded in early 2010 by Suzie Boyd, Justine van Zijl and Miranda French, Troika was created in the belief in the Power of Three – candidates, clients and us.

What began as three has grown into a team of 14, and with that growth has come even greater strength. Proudly boutique yet highly connected, Team Troika works collaboratively to open up the full spectrum of opportunities for our candidates, carefully aligned to their aspirations, values and skill set.

For our clients, this translates into access to a wide reaching, bespoke network of exceptional Troika talent, thoughtfully curated and never off the shelf.
