Our assessment process is twofold, to define the technical skills and ability for the role through competency-based screening, and to determine cultural fit and values match through behavioural interviewing and profiling.

For each search assignment we include one of a suite of assessment tools that utilise specialist experts to assess the suitability of the C-level executive, ensuring they have maximum impact to your organisation and our referencing process further ensures candidate credibility.
