The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, commercially astute Account Director to lead operations across multiple sites in London and Brighton. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide senior leadership and inspire your teams to deliver outstanding service, robust financial results and continued innovation.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full accountability for contract performance, building strong relationships, driving profitability and identifying opportunities for organic growth. This is a hands-on, visible role for someone who leads with integrity, transparency and a commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing strategic leadership across multiple venues, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations
- Building and developing high-performing onsite teams, fostering a collaborative and positive culture
- Overseeing all aspects of financial performance, including budgets, cost control and P&L accountability
- Acting as the face of the business for clients, nurturing long-term relationships and driving retention
- Supporting sales teams to develop pipelines and convert opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Ensuring best-in-class service delivery across all sites, championing innovation and continuous improvement
- Embedding a culture of safety, compliance and Zero Harm, with rigorous adherence to health, safety and licensing standards
- Promoting sustained improvement plans and leading recognition initiatives to celebrate success
The Candidate
You are an experienced senior operator with a proven track record of managing large-scale hospitality or catering contracts, ideally within elite sports or stadia environments. Commercially sharp and operationally strong, you balance strategic oversight with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
You have the credibility and confidence to build trusted relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, and the people skills to motivate diverse teams in fast-paced, high-pressure settings. You understand the detail of compliance, food safety and licensing – and you are passionate about delivering memorable experiences every time.
We are looking for someone who is
- Experienced at senior management level within large, multi-site hospitality operations – ideally elite sports, stadia or public catering venues
- Financially astute, with extensive experience managing budgets, forecasts and delivering against performance KPIs
- Commercially minded, with a track record of driving sales performance and organic growth
- A natural leader and mentor, able to develop high-performing teams and a positive workplace culture
- Confident engaging at senior level with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Well-versed in industry best practice on health and safety, compliance and contract governance
- Calm under pressure, adaptable and solutions-focused in a high-energy environment
- Motivated by delivering exceptional experiences and creating spaces where both guests and teams can thrive
