The business is scaling quickly with an ambitious pipeline of new openings. The next phase of growth is focused on accelerating membership acquisition, increasing lifetime value and building a joined-up marketing function that can support scale without losing brand quality.
Marketing plays a central role in the growth strategy and sits close to commercial decision-making.
The Opportunity
This is a senior marketing role with clear ownership of growth, brand and performance.
You will lead the overall marketing strategy, ensuring the brand is expressed consistently and credibly across digital channels, physical spaces and communications. You will own how the brand shows up in the market, while also being accountable for how marketing drives acquisition, conversion, retention and advocacy.
A core part of the role is building and optimising the full customer journey. From first awareness through to long-term membership value. You will lead marketing input into the website and app roadmap, ensuring strong UX, clear propositions and measurable performance.
Performance marketing will be a key lever. You will bring a strong understanding of digital acquisition, funnels, lifetime value and retention, and use data and insight to prioritise spend, test ideas and improve ROI. At the same time, this is not a narrow performance role. You will also own PR, communications, partnerships and brand storytelling.
You will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team, covering digital, brand, partnerships, social and communications, setting clear direction, standards and rhythm as the business continues to grow.
The Candidate
This role is perfect for a Head of Marketing ready to step up, or a hands on Marketing Director who enjoys being close to the work.
We are looking for someone who has helped grow a consumer brand at pace and understands how to drive acquisition retention and lifetime value through digital channels. Someone comfortable owning performance and making decisions based on data while keeping a clear eye on brand.
Taste and judgement matter. This is a role for someone who understands what feels current confident and relevant to a discerning audience. The brand needs to feel premium but accessible and culturally in tune and we are looking for someone who can lead it there with conviction.
This is a broad role and suits a true generalist. You will lead performance brand PR partnerships social and communications and build a team that brings these together in a joined up way.
You will enjoy working in a growing business where things move quickly and where you can have real influence.
Experience being part of a brand reset relaunch or scale up journey will stand out.
