It’s a brand new role, perfect for a sales supremo to make their own and one that will develop as the group’s ambitious expansion plans unfold…
I’m looking for someone with an analytical mind and an undisputable background of growing & maximizing revenue across a variety of multipurpose venues.
Other than the names of the days, no day will be the same. There’s so much to do from looking at whether the gigs programmed are yielding the appropriate revenue (if not, are they they right acts?), to looking at the huge partnership & activation opportunities, to filling the venues up with lovely private events on dark days. It’s a big job but one with a such an exciting scope.
The perfect candidate for this role will come from a multi-site venue background with full responsibility and ownership of multiple revenue streams.
This isn’t a straight forward venue sales role, it’s about maximising revenue across each segment – venue sales, ticket sales, sponsorship & partnerships, plus food & beverage.
I’ve had a pretty colourful career pre-Troika – I’ve been a bell boy, a waiter, sold Faberge Eggs and electricity door-to-door, ran an Irish Pub in Uganda, a busy events department in Covent Garden, designed stands for a TV Festival, helped open a members club and ran a little events business of my own. As a candidate, Troika were my go-to recruiters so there was no other place I wanted to be when I decided on my new career path.
