My client is one of the coolest lifestyle hotel brands in London. Creativity, passion and individualism is in everything they do, delivering stylish 5* hospitality with an inclusive and human touch.

The Role

This is a massive hire for the hotel. The Ground Floor has over 200 seated covers alongside standing space in the Bar for drinks. It’s a 24/7 business and the General Manager will be responsible for maximizing profits of the four stunning outlets, managing & training staff, and maintaining consistently excellent service levels.

The Candidate

This is perfect for a strong operator with extensive and successful, high-volume, high-quality restaurant experience. We’re looking for a hands-on, ops focused, hospitality lead who loves building teams with robust structures and developing them. A combination of this quality restaurant background and previous hotel experience is ideal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate F&B professional who wants the autonomy to make an immediate impact and set the long term goals in this super exciting operation.

You must also…

  • Be passionate about offering the highest standards of excellence to guests.
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years prior experience as a Restaurant GM where you have managed a large team.
  • Love training, inspiring and developing your teams.
  • Relish working in a fast paced and energetic environment.
  • Demonstrate superb communication skills, and a front of house style with personality and warmth.
  • Have a solid understanding of F&B Operations combined with Commercial understanding.
  • Possess strong training, coaching skills and mentoring skills.
  • Hold qualifications such as WSET, Food Hygiene Level 3.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate robust commercial capabilities and proven experience of running a successful P&L.
