The Company

The most exciting restaurant opening in London of 2024! Located in the square mile, this restaurant will be the premier seafood restaurant in the capital. The company is culturally progressive, focused on being the best they can be and driving a team ethos like no other. The culinary offering and service levels will be super premium, and it will raise the bar for seafood dining in London.

The Role

The Head Chef is the leading point of contact for all aspects of the BOH operation. You will be focused on delivering exceptional food quality. You will be challenged daily to be organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Support the menu development team in relation to execution
  • Train, develop and mentor your team
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of food hygiene within BOH operation
  • Work hand in hand with the culinary director and Exec Chef to develop and deliver dishes of the highest quality
  • Drive and maintain a highly organised and effective kitchen
  • Have an intimate and detailed knowledge of seafood preparation and culinary execution

The Candidate

This role forms a key part of a fast-paced and hands-on hospitality environment. A confident, self assured and collaborative personality is required to keep the team focused, but also ensure they all feel supported and enjoy coming to work.

After 14 years in central London ops, recruitment is where I found my true passion – supporting and guiding the best businesses and candidates in our wonderful industry.
