The Company

My client is an independent, group of lifestyle members clubs and co-working spaces with hospitality at its core.

They are currently in expansion mode with one site currently open and a second to follow this year, it’s a wonderful time to join an exciting group on the rise.

The Role

The Head of Event Sales will be responsible for the leading a small team in the sales & planning of private & corporate events, alongside supporting on the delivery of the members event calendar.

Initially across the once side, the role will grow in to a dual-site role where your expertise will come in to play when you plan and launch the 2nd site, including creating the sales strategy, operational processes and new team structure.

There is such variety in this role with the team being responsible for the sales & planning of private & corporate events, alongside supporting on the delivery of the members event calendar, which you will have a huge input in to. 

The Candidate

Do you work for a top members club or have always aspired to? Well, if you’re a talented Event Sales Manager, Head of Events or Head of Event Sales for a luxury and/or lifestyle hotel or members club, with a demonstrated history or delivering beautiful events and smashing targets, we would love to hear from you.

  • You have excelsior sales experience, ideally in a hospitality driven, fast-paced, client facing environment.
