The Role
The Head of IT is responsible for all Information Technology (IT) functions in the company to drive growth and business decisions. You will be in charge of managing the company’s technology operations and the implementation of all IT systems and policies to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the business
- Manage maintenance, upgrading and support of organisational IT systems. This will include operating systems, servers, PCs, software apps, telephones and peripherals
- Analyse the business requirements of all departments and restaurants to determine their technology needs today, and in the future.
- Develop the IT team and drive performance management
- Work closely with the Director of IT, to define company policies and ensure compliance
- Act as project lead on all internal IT projects
- Oversee the technical IT Service Desk team
- Lead on innovation and the utilisation of technology that will support growth
- Deliver a best in class service to the business
The Candidate
- Experience of developing or being a key part in driving an IT strategy within a business
- Held an IT management role within a consumer facing business
- Office 365
- Technologically competent
- Experience in managing teams and outsourced services
- Experience of managing and influencing 3rd party contracts
- Experience of working in a high growth or scale up organisation
- Demonstrable successful delivery of projects that needed an IT solution
