The Company
My client has a collection of wet led bars, that ooze style. Born in London and now dotted throughout the country, they have investment to scale and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations, to lead from the front and build strong ops standards across the estate.
The Role
- Lead a motivated ops team and General management team to ensure smooth day to day running of the sites.
- Be consistently visible in the sites, Implementing and driving operational best practice, setting unparelled standards across all sites and departments.
- Ensure the ops team and management are equipped with the right tools and support to do their jobs effectively
- Maintain and drive this brands unique culture, bringing company values to life, and ensuring that all the people practices are fully aligned and executed to attract, reward and retain the best people.
- Identify key talent and work with the people team to drive development of that talent.
- Full P&L Accountability, ensuring targets are met and all financial procedures are adhered to.
- Produce monthly reports and attend regular board meetings.
- Drive Sales, through Inputting into and managing relevant parts of the annual marketing strategy, including local and group-wide marketing activities
- Identify new sales channels
- Health & Safety, Food Safety and Maintenance, have full understanding EHO and H&S practices across the sites, with ultimate accountability
- Hit agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), which include: P&L – group annual top line sales and EBITDA, Successful new site openings, Mystery Shopper results and NPS, Health, Safety and Hygiene results, Operational Standards
