The Company

This primarily Brighton and London based group is the epitome of independent restaurants. They are local restaurants that put customers first, so the General Manager knows your name and the Bartender knows your favourite cocktail. Having been successfully running for over a decade, they require a Head of Sales to help drive bookings and hires in all sites. You will be based at the Head Office in Brighton for a minimum of 3 days per week, with other days based in the London/Brighton sites.

The Role

The Head of Sales will manage a team of sales and reservationists who promote and drive business to the restaurants. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to create a strategy which brings in new and repeat bookers to all the sites.

  • Constantly seek new business avenues to expand existing business
  • Report financials and manage the booking system
  • Achieve targets for revenue and profit
  • Motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs

The Candidate

You will have proven experience of proactively driving sales and marketing strategy of a multi-site company, with multi brands being beneficial.

  • A self-starter who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and loves quality food and customer service
  • A natural networker who is comfortable speaking to customers and the restaurant staff
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Since then, I have worked in bars, different venues, and run events around the world.
