Desirable Experience
Experience at a similar level as a Managing Director or COO in a premium hospitality or retail space will be essential, as well as experience of scaling beneficial.
Demonstrable success in negotiating site acquisitions and working with landlords, external bodies and agents, cultivating relationships and agreements that serve the best interest of the company and that deliver and exceed already very high ROI results.
