My client is a well established, iconic and leading brand in the Middle East QSR sector and is seeking an Operations Director with strong UK experience.

The Role
The Operations Director will report into a VP of Operations and will lead on a Country’s operation and growth.
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a demonstrable track record of delivering strategic as well as operational business leadership, and who can create a vision and roadmap for growth, whilst continually building and driving a world class people first culture.
The candidate must have experience of managing circa 100+ restaurants in the UK QSR space.
They must also possess high level influencing, leadership and communication skills alongside a pro-active, positive and results orientated style.
