The Role
I am looking for an exceptional Operations Director who can:
- Live and breathe the brand, bringing all of its values to life
- Be accountable for the full UK business
- Lead and inspire your teams every day in every way
- Be consistently visible in the sites, Implement and driving operational best practices, setting unparelled standards across all sites and departments
- Plan and execute new openings in the UK
- Maintain and drive this brands unique culture, bringing company values to life, and ensuring that all the people practices are fully aligned and executed to attract, reward and retain the best people.
- Always delivering the highest possible hospitality experience
- Ability to deliver lots of strategy, planning & heading up new projects, alongside being in the detail and keeping a tight rein on operational issues.
- Have full P&L Accountability, ensuring targets are met and all financial procedures are adhered to.
- Produce monthly reports and attend regular board meetings.
- Drive Sales, through Inputting into and managing relevant parts of the annual marketing strategy, including local and group-wide marketing activities
- Lead full financial accountability for the sites, whilst maintaining excellent service standards and guest experience.
The Candidate
We are looking for a proven Operations Director, with previous experience of growing and scaling a quick service brand, experience working within a founder led environment would be preferable. You are a natural leader, who is able to drive strategy and drive your team.
Solutions orientated, with a can do attitude, an individual who can both set strategy and deliver on the detail. A people person, with natural charisma and a love of hospitality and guest experience.
