The Opportunity
As Operations Director you will lead a team of Area Managers and their store teams in the delivery of operational and people excellence.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll have a big part to play in the setting of business strategy and the planning and delivery of business growth.
You’ll set achievable yet stretching targets for your teams and through your leadership, will ensure consistent delivery of KPIs.
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of new store openings.
The Candidate
You will have experience at operations director level in a growing business in the hospitality space.
You will have an inspirational and naturally engaging leadership style, along with a track record of creating a high energy, positive, supportive environment for your teams.
You will have an unquestionable focus on robust commercial delivery and will love to be in the detail of the business, knowing where and how to add focus to ensure consistency of results.
A strategic mindset is as important as operational rigour in this role, and the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to flex between both with a high level of impact.
