The Role
Reporting to the CEO you will work across the different brand formats, each with a number of new openings in the pipeline, and will define and drive a compelling people strategy.
You will build and lead a high performing people team that is collaborative, proactive and positive. They will create and imbed successful processes around talent attraction and acquisition, talent management and people development, and ER.
You will love innovation and will encourage brave thinking and new approaches in your team. Being tech savvy will be important, with an understanding of driving engagement at all levels utilising online resources.
You’ll ensure that leaders across the business have the tools, knowledge and drive to lead and engage their teams.
With a strong pipeline of new openings, you will ensure strong support around recruitment and training.
The Candidate
You’ll have a high level of commercial acumen and a genuine passion for the commercial difference that a high performing people team can bring.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and have the credibility to influence and engage from board to team member level.
You’ll build strong relationships and will enjoy being in and around the operation.
You will currently be in a People Director/HRD role in the hospitality or retail sector.
