A well-established food service business, PE backed and on a clear trajectory through organic growth and acquisitions, needed an interim MD for one of its divisions, with the chance to go permanent.

The Brief

Ideally looking for an experienced MD within food service, preferably with relevant sector expertise and the ability to hit the ground running.

A recently rebranded, fast-casual concept in the midst of a significant expansion plan.

The Brief

An agile, innovative techie with experience of setting up and managing the entire IT infrastructure of a QSR brand. Someone who can ensure the IT systems are directly enabling improved revenue and service standards.

The Candidate

A hospitality IT expert with an exceptional collaborative approach to ensure IT is a direct support function of all departments. His detailed and passionate analysis of the business during interview highlighted him as perfect fit at such an important stage of the business growth.
