My client started this iconic brand with a single goal: do fresh, high-quality food. Over the years they have steadily grown, and now operate restaurants all over the UK. As well as putting a huge focus on their food and the quality of their product they also believe in investing in their teams and believe driving key behaviours will instil a strong people culture throughout.

The Role

As the business continues to thrive and grow, we need a key Operations Manager to oversee all the regional sites, building on their current success. You will be fully accountable for the delivery of the budget of the P&L across the area, setting and achieving financial targets, generating additional revenue through precise controls and most importantly the continual training and development and engagement of your teams.

The Candidate

As previously mentioned this role requires a really passionate, engaging, high energy, high potential operator. Someone who can take over the existing estate, but who also has the stretch and vision to help build future strategy and evolve into more senior leadership position…some things we are looking for:

  • Experience in hospitality management and working under pressure.

  • A confidence with budgets and figures in general.
  • High attention to detail and strong project-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers.
  • A structured approach to tasks, highly organised and able to delegate effectively.
  • A strong ability to problem-solve and to think on their feet.
  • Hands-on approach and enthusiastic.
