The Opportunity
- You’ll initially manage a group of 8 – 10 restaurants and will provide transformational leadership and high impact coaching to your team.
- The Senior Operations Leader role requires thinking beyond the core operational elements to effectively lead and inspire a team to achieve breakthrough results.

- You’ll be on a development path towards a much broader leadership role. We’re looking for individuals that possess leadership ability far beyond what you may expect at this level.
