The Role
You’ll initially manage a group of 8 – 10 restaurants and will provide transformational leadership and high impact coaching to your team.
The Senior Operations Leader role requires thinking beyond the core operational elements to effectively lead and inspire a team to achieve breakthrough results.
This is about pushing the boundaries and having fun doing it!
You’ll be on a development path towards a much broader leadership role. We’re looking for individuals that possess leadership ability far beyond what you may expect at this level.

You will have a strategic medium to long term view and will build a compelling and engaging vision.
You will develop a thorough commercial and strategic plan and this will translate into outstanding execution.
You will have a history of rapid career progression along with a breadth of knowledge and exposure to wider business functions.
You’ll have a great track record and the ambition and desire to take on more senior leadership roles in the future.
