Having started life in Vodka Revs back when they were the high-street leader of the party cocktail scene, this candidate joined Nando’s for a long stint to widen his experience and gain strong process and systems knowledge. He then carried this with him into pubs and multi-site management of bars and restaurants.
He forms particularly good relationships across departments and is very creative in his approach to operating, enjoying thinking outside the box when implementing strategies to ensure organizational growth.
He is now looking for a flagship GM role, or a multi-site manager role where he can expand his knowledge and grow with a business.
