Most of this young Assistant General Manager’s experience has been in high volume Central London restaurants serving a variety of cuisines and beverage offerings, from craft beers to fine wines and cocktails.

He has great systems and process knowledge, having managed payroll and tronc systems through Fourth Hospitality and various other POS systems.

He prides himself in his communication and people skills, diplomacy, time management, organisation, P+L and forecasting and business development.

He is looking for his step up into General Manager at a quality food led restaurant brand who focus on well-sourced, fresh ingredients and like to fill their sites with knowledgeable, passionate staff.
