As well as operations, she is also a great trainer and often oversees the L&D for teams. She is very strong on process, facilities and definitely makes stuff happen!
In her current role she manages 9 sites which have a big foody focus. Since being there, she has managed two openings and two big refurbs of her venues. She is looking for a new multi-site role in a growing, forward thinking company who will give her the autonomy to manage her own team whilst developing her own skill set.
