Having worked his way up from cocktail bartender, this candidate started his career in boutique hotels which instilled a high-quality operation, and strong customer service skills.
Since then, he has worked in destination dining, events, late night, gastropubs and flagship sites. At one site he was the king of weddings, churning out 2-3 happy couples each week!
He loves being on the floor and managing a team, with his previous team members often following him to new roles, a good sign of his leadership style.
He would love to find a business with a small number of sites where he can make an impact in an ops manager position or would be happy in a big flagship role to prove himself before moving up.
