This candidate grew through the ranks at a well-known restaurant group where he started as AGM and was promoted to GM in three months. He was eventually made Restaurant Director, and later oversaw and trained the other GMs, leading on L&D, training and standards.

He is now Operations Director at a huge venue in central London turning over circa £9m where he has completely built the team from scratch. He manages 17 direct reports so it’s a busy place to work!

He would love to leave the London life and find somewhere closer to home in the South. He is open to smaller, emerging businesses looking for their first Ops Director or a bigger company needing premiumisation.
