This candidate is a highly driven, commercially aware operator who has a proven track record of maximising the success in a variety of multi-faceted venues. He is very much a numbers man who is tight on his controls and was often tasked with turning around under-performing sites through tight controls and building and motivating strong teams in each site.
His previous Operations Director said he’s the strongest operator he’s managed in terms of overseeing a P&L, and his passion for team development and customer services allowed him to operate in their most important flagship sites.
He is looking to continue to progress his skills either in a big AGM role, or GM with future growth and development into an Ops Manager.
