We asked Dan to replace our Executive Concierge of 20+ years, not an easy mandate that’s for sure but Dan not only delivered an enviable shortlist but he managed to find us the UK Concierge of the Year! Professional, communicative and hugely likeable, Dan did a great job and represents Troika really well. I will certainly work with Troika again in the future
