Creating Unforgettable Experiences, one guest at a time, the UK’s best adventure bar concepts, are in fast growth and looking for a CFO, who can lead them through their expansion.
Founded and Operated by four entrepreneurs this business is currently privately funded and operates through a mix of both owned and franchised sites – which will continue to be their model as they grow.
The Opportunity
The strategy is to scale fast and maximise this growth as much as possible. The company are open on raising funds in a number of ways, but have specific focus on becoming AIM listed, however, with the robust processes, reporting and transparency required to ensure they are ready for an AIM listing this could possibly by default, present other potential investment routes, which would be considered on a case by case basis.
The Candidate
This is a fast paced, and super exciting opportunity that will require a hardworking, hands on, entrepreneurial and open minded CFO. A natural, and charismatic leader, who can guide you through this journey and offer the strategy, and tenacious thinking necessary to drive this kind of environment.
This will be hard work for big reward. You ideally would like someone who has been on a similar journey with a previous business, a chartered accountant who is able to think strategically and methodically but who is also happy to get into the detail and get their hands dirty where required.
