The Opportunity
The District Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of a number of shop operations, including People, Standards, Product and safety of both front and back of house.
- They know how to lead, manage and create a team of people.
- They have great communication and delegation skills
- An eye for the detail and make excellent commercial decisions to improve the financial performance of their shop.
- They understand the relationship between people and profit and take responsibility for all stages of the employee lifecycle.
The Candidate
To be considered you must have at least two years of proven experience of managing multiple sites, preferably within the fast food sector.
- Strong organisational skills are a must, as the District Manager must operate a commercially successful operation.
- Strong people skills to develop and coach their team to reach their potential.
- Adhere to all standards within the business and provide customers with great service and great product in a clean and inviting environment.
