The Role
The Executive Chef is the leading point of contact for all aspects of the BOH operation. You will be focused on delivering exceptional food quality. This is a popular site in potentially the most high profile and historically significant site in our capital, so you will be challenged daily to be organised with strong attention to detail.
- Support the menu development team in relation to execution
- Train, develop and mentor your team
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of food hygiene within BOH operation
- Work hand in hand with the culinary director and Exec Development Chef to develop and deliver dishes of the highest quality
- Drive and maintain a highly organised and effective kitchen
- Have an intimate and detailed knowledge of East Asian cuisine of the highest level

This role forms a key part of a fast-paced and hands-on hospitality environment. A confident, self assured and collaborative personality is required to keep the team focused, but also ensure they all feel supported and enjoy coming to work.
