Part of a wider award-winning, independent hospitality company, this flagship site requires a General Manager to join and lead this close-knit front of house team to drive the business forward to further success.

The Role

The General Manager is the leading point of contact for all aspects of the FOH operation. You will be focused on delivering exceptional service quality. This is a popular site in potentially the most high-profile and historically significant site in our capital, so you will be challenged daily to be organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Build a team that delivers an exceptional level of Michelin quality service
  • Train, develop and mentor your team
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of hygiene throughout the operation
  • Work hand in hand with the operations director and Exec team to develop and deliver service of the highest quality
  • Drive and maintain a highly organised and effective FOH team
  • Have an intimate and detailed knowledge of East Asian cuisine, and service, of the highest level

The Candidate

This role forms a key part of a fast-paced and hands-on hospitality environment. A confident, self-assured and collaborative personality is required to keep the team focused, but also ensure they all feel supported and enjoy coming to work.

Account Director

I started my career as a KP and straight away I knew hospitality was the one. After 14 years in central London ops, recruitment is where I found my true passion – supporting and guiding the best businesses and candidates in our wonderful industry. I spent the last two years as a Consultant for a well known restaurant group, building the teams in existing sites as well as their new openings. I specialise in both BOH and FOH recruitment for the premium and super premium sectors.
