Part of a wider award-winning, independent hospitality company, this flagship site requires a Head Of Kitchens and Production to join and lead this close-knit back of house team to drive the business forward to further success.

The Role

The Head Of Kitchens and Production is the leading point of contact for all aspects of the kitchen operation. You will be focused on delivering exceptional food quality whilst driving a strong team forward. This is a popular site with multiple events happening at once, so you will be challenged daily to be organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Train, develop, manage and motivate your team to ensure your team provide exceptional food quality to guests at all times
  • Communicate, feedback and liaise with the General Manager and their team
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of food hygiene throughout the site and its kitchens
  • Work hand in hand with the culinary director to develop and deliver dishes of the highest quality
  • Drive and maintain a highly organised culinary operation across all departments

The Candidate

This role forms a key part of a fast-paced and hands-on hospitality environment. A big personality is required to keep the team focused, but also ensure they all feel supported and enjoy coming to work. You will have lots of support from a head office function, so the ability to communicate across departments is vital.

  • You will be flexible and capable of dealing with high pressure situations
  • You will be highly organised and show great attention to detail
  • You will have the ability to manage and drive multiple kitchen operations simultaneously within the one site
  • A big personality who drives a healthy, positive working environment for their team and the site as a whole

I started my career as a KP and straight away I knew hospitality was the one.
